Mary Kellan Curry, better known as “MK,” joined FARR as Executive Assistant in March 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field. With a strong foundation in psychology, holding a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Addiction and Recovery— MK is currently completing a Master’s in Health Care Administration, expected August 2025.

Based in the Boynton Beach office, MK plays a vital role in supporting executive staff by coordinating meetings, managing communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. A typical day includes close collaboration with leadership and staff to advance projects and initiatives aligned with FARR’s mission.

Dedicated to helping both providers and residents, MK assists residents in navigating the FARR website to find the right resources in their area and supports providers by guiding them through FARR’s standards and processes. The most rewarding part of this role is contributing to safe, supportive environments for individuals in recovery and ensuring programs meet FARR's high standards.

As a person in long-term recovery, MK is deeply committed to quality improvement, patient safety, and data-driven outcomes in behavioral health. Integrity, honesty, and equality are the core values that guide her work every day.

Originally from West Virginia, MK finds joy in going to the gym, spending time with her partner and five-year-old daughter and caring for two beloved dogs, a miniature dachshund puppy and a rescue mix.
