Libby has spent the past 20 years working in Palm Beach County in an array of professional atmospheres, absorbing valuable information from highly intelligent entrepreneurs of start-up and small businesses over the years. Libby worked most recently in the Information Technology domain for successful Managed Service Providers, and has helped grow the Administration and Operations teams for several local companies.

As a valued member of the recovery community, Libby has a deep dedication to service work, has sat on non-profit organization boards and has held various chair and officer positions for more than 5 years, adding to her love of wellness and accessibility of safe recovery in Florida.

Libby loves the comradery that comes with an intimate team, as well as the excitement of watching a business grow into its potential. She is passionate about working with teams that are driven while being compassionate for one another, while supporting a cause that brings value and peace to local communities. She thrives in helping to create a culture that is supportive and joyful in any setting, whether it is in employment, service work, or with friends and family.

Outside of FARR working hours, you will find Libby enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Brenden, and her dog, Bailey. A Florida native, Libby has spent decades traversing Florida to camp, hike, and kayak in all of the diverse ecosystems the landscape has to offer.
