Any documentation submitted will not be assessed by Certification Staff until phone interview and payment confirmation is complete. Phone interviews are conducted within 7 days of application submission.

This worksheet will help you organize and collect all the documentation required to complete your application. We strongly recommend that you fill out the worksheet completely before continuing to the Documentation section of your application.

2. If after reviewing the What I Will Need worksheet you feel that you are ready to proceed and upload your organization’s documentation, you may do so now. You will have the opportunity to upload your documentation later and do not need to complete this section immediately.
