Incident Reporting
Pursuant to the terms outlined in the Certification & Compliance Agreement. Both Certified Providers as well as applicants for certification must notify FARR within 72 Hrs. of any Life-threatening events and/or deaths of current residents, whether on property or elsewhere. FREE Service to Palm Beach County Certified Providers
FARR has partnered with Palm Beach County and The Palm Beach County Community Services Department in collaboration with Commonly Well to bring the Recovery Capital Index tool (RCI) to you for FREE!

RCI is a strength-based assessment tool that can be used to significantly improve the success rates of your clients, improve on programming, and reduce recurrence of use. The RCI Tool is available to any Palm Beach County based Certified recovery residence at no cost to you.
